General questions

During your first visit, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you through the check-in process. Your therapist or technician will then consult with you to understand your needs and preferences before starting your treatment. We aim to make every visit relaxing and enjoyable.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

While we do not accept walk-ins, we highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you get your preferred time and service. You can book an appointment online, by phone, or by email.
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit and debit cards & paypal. For more information on payment options, please contact our team.

Yes, we provide convenient parking options for our clients. There is a dedicated parking area near the salon, and street parking is also available.
